How it works

We handle a wide range of issues and problems that come up over the course of applying to college. We’re available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, at relatively short notice, to respond on requests for assistance, whether the help is provided in real time via What’s App, or Google Docs; an advising email with supporting documents attached; a Sunday afternoon strategy session; or a just in time prep course. We can also lend a hand with securing outside tutors, mentors and advisors.

We’re good listeners. Based on you tell us about your background, interests and objectives, we’ll recommend educational options together with a plan for making them reality.

Once you have had sufficient opportunity to brief us, we will prepare input on the institutions and degree programs you are considering. We will help you review the options, weigh the costs, budget your time, and draw up a realistic plan for submitting strong applications to 5-10 universities.

We use a fee retainer system, deducting the fees billed by our consultants for the work you have instructed, against the funds you have placed in trust with us for such purpose.  In most cases our standard hourly rate of Rp 450-650,000/hour will apply. You will receive time sheets and invoices on a regular basis.

Peer support

We have access to a host of specialized databases that can put you ahead of the game. Moreover, we can place you in contact with students, faculty, and alumni from universities all over the world. This is a distinct but equally valid way of coming to terms with the academic, economic and social factors, and coming to a decision.
